"Black lives matter" !!

"When the missionaries came to Africa, they had the Bible and we had the land. They said “let us close our eyes and pray.” When we opened them, we had the Bible, and they had the land" - Desmond Tutu, late Archbishop of Cape Town.

Here, this legend of a man is referring to the Protestant missions, the first of which was lead by a man named George Schmidt in July of 1737, in Zoetemelksvlei; started by converting members of the Khoi-Khoi tribe. For those who don't know, Zoetemelksvlei became THE first prominent site for one of the largest British concentration camps in South Africa in 1900.

Viz-á-viz the actions of Arabs and Muslims who sheltered endless persecuted Jews, particularly from Europe, throughout the 15 - turn of the 20th century, let alone the indigenous citizens from just about every religious and racial walk of life, living harmoniously in Arabia in places like the Fertile Crescent, prominent of most in Iraq, and so forth.

And then, the Brits and their abortive creations in Palestine and the US dare lecture us about human rights, respecting "life" and respecting the beliefs of others. And then suddenly "black lives matter" - a motto who's very underline is racist to the core.

Bah Humbug !!
